Alison has over 35 years of teacher training experience, both as a tutor and in curriculum development. She has developed and delivered a range of courses from personal training courses to Pilates courses and workshops.

Merging her skills and knowledge in both Osteopathy and Pilates, she has developed some specialist modules for both Pilates teachers, fitness instructors and manual therapists who want to gain more knowledge in areas such as:

  • Common lower back conditions
  • Peripheral joint conditions; such as hip, knee and shoulder
  • Anatomy seminars
  • Endocrine system, hormones and the menopause
  • Nervous system – understanding the autonomic nervous system
