Founded in 2006, The Doula Association of Ireland (DAI) is a not-for-profit membership organisation which promotes, develops, and supports Birth and Postpartum doulas in Ireland.

Our activities include providing members with opportunities for continued professional development, offering mentorship, developing relationships within maternity services, and engaging with our local communities. We currently have 41 active members who are professionally trained, Garda vetted, and insured to perform their work.
