Mama Serene  is a Hypnobirthing training organisation owned by Emily Bray; Doula and Hypnobirthing Practitioner. The organisation is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-informed training for professionals who want to confidently integrate hypnobirthing into their practice while building a successful and sustainable business.

The Mama Serene Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner Training Programme equips trainees with a thorough understanding of hypnosis, the subconscious mind, birth physiology and the psychological factors that influence confidence and the birth experience. Alongside the theory, practitioners develop the practical skills needed to write and deliver hypnosis scripts, facilitate engaging hypnobirthing sessions and provide professional, client-centred support.

The programme goes beyond teaching a hypnobirthing curriculum. Trainees are supported to develop their own authentic teaching style, build confidence as educators, and establish a business that reflects their individual values and strengths. The training places a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, inclusive care, ethical working and preparing practitioners to meet the needs of today’s families and maternity services.

The Mama Serene training combines practical skills with a realistic, compassionate approach to birth education. The aim is to develop knowledgeable, confident practitioners who are equipped to deliver high-quality hypnobirthing services while making a meaningful contribution to the birth and parenting community.
